About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager.
Based in our office in Old Hatfield AL95BT, the job holder will be required to work alongside a Director and support the project team within a friendly, fast paced, professional environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Establishing effective communications across project, client and stakeholder teams
· Creating scope of works
· Setting up programmes
· Team management
· Building and adapting critical path analysis
· Implementing problem solving and decision making
· Risk management
· Tracking and reporting management information – compiling reports, tracking budgets, managing timelines etc.
· Attending / leading meetings with clients and contractors – including on site
· Maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular project updates
Who we’re looking for:
Essential criteria for the ideal Project Manager:
· Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or similar
· Previous work experience with a professional practice
· Previous work experience of managing multiple projects
· Strong commercial awareness
· Proficient in interpreting drawings and specifications
· Knowledge of construction methods, materials and technology
· Awareness of industry health and safety regulations
· Good time management, and the ability to work to tight deadlines
· Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office applications

Based in our office in Old Hatfield AL95BT, the job holder will be required to work alongside a Director and support the Quantity Surveying team within a friendly, fast paced, professional environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting with commercial activities from conception to final account
· Managing and monitoring budgets
· Preparing scope of works and pricing documents
· Analysis of tenders and preparing tender reports
· Preparation of standard documentation – financial statements, valuations, reports
· Preparing estimates aligned with the scope and allowances for risks/opportunities
· Supporting the project manager with identifying and mitigating risks
· Attending meetings with clients and contractors – including on site
· Maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular project updates

An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Administrator.
Based in our office in Old Hatfield AL95BT, the job holder will be required to support the Quantity Surveying team, which operate in a friendly, fast paced, professional environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Processing financial submissions from contractors
· Preparing and issuing certificates for payment
· Running cost tracking software
· Final accounts, including tracking and issuing weekly updates
· Quote requests / quote checks / processing orders
· Updating financial trackers – Excel
· Processing cost variations – checking sums / rates
· Setting up scoping documents
· Setting up analysis documents
Who we’re looking for:
Ideally our Project Administrator will have:
· Competency in the use of Excel, ideally day-to day experience
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong numerical skills
· Good IT skills and computer literacy
· Good organisation and time management
· Knowledge of construction projects - desirable but not essential
